What do I need to bring to class?                                                             
All course materials are included with the cost of your class. Please dress in layers or bring a jacket! Although classrooms temperatures are regulated, they may fluctuate during the day and we want to be sure you are comfortable!

What time does class begin?
ETR classes begin at 9:00 am except for Microsoft Project which starts at 8:00 am. Please review the confirmation letter you received by email for additional details.

What time does class end?
Plan to be in class until about 5:00 pm. If you need to leave early, just let your instructor know. That way we can make sure to get you all of the hand-outs and any other material which may  not be passed out until the end of the day.

Where is ETR located?
ETR is located in the Idaho Innovation Center building at 2300 North Yellowstone Highway. If you are headed North on Yellowstone look for the Fred Meyer shopping center on your left. Go exactly 1\2 mile past Fred Meyer. You will see our 2 story brick and stone office complex on the right. Click here for additional directions to our location.

Can I earn Continuing Education Credits for classes?
Yes, If you would like to receive credit for courses please let your instructor know prior to the end of class. We use special certificates for those who need continuing education credits.

Do I need to register in advance for a class?
Yes! Seating is limited. Our conference and classrooms can hold up to 40 students. We limit student registrations for most of our classes to as few as 6 students. This allows the instructor to give each student  the special attention they may need while learning a new software.

Will ETR accept my GI-Bill and/or Tuition Assistance Funds?
Yes, ETR is a registered vendor for VA participants. We are also an Idaho State recognized Vendor and work with the Department of Health and Welfare JETT and VOTE programs, as well as the Idaho Department of Commerce and Labor Workforce Development Training departments and many more!

Retake the Course
Would you like to take a refresher course? ETR offers you one free re-take for any course you have attended, within 90 days of the original class date.

Why doesn't ETR put the class prices on the website?
ETR has been training students since the mid 1980's. For more than ten years, we have had a contract with the INL Contractors to provide all of their training needs. All of the INL contractors receive special discounted pricing due to the high volume of students who attend our training classes. 

We also offer discounts to private organizations, Local, State, and Federal Agencies as well. Even if you are looking for private training with no employer to help pay for the classes, we have special pricing for you too! The bottom line is if you, or someone from your organization, attend multiple classes over a specific time period, we can provide you with top notch training at the lowest price in Southeastern Idaho!
