ACT! Introduction - Advanced
Overview: Manage the sales process and profile contacts by interest, company, account, project and more. Track all activities and history by individual and group, and know the details of your relationships. Schedule appointments and tasks with one click. Adding and maintaining customer records, creating groups, scheduling activities, creating correspondence, using search criteria, groups, forcasting, graphing, mail merge, and email are a few of the topics covered. Modifying menus, security, and customer maintenance are some advanced topics that are covered.
Course Duration: 2 days (9am - 5pm) each day
Prerequisites: Computing Fundamentals or equivalent knowledge.
