- New User Seminars - Attend one of our 4-hour classes designed especially for the new computer user. Learn basic file
management, files, folders, and computer fundamentals. October 3rd and November 25th.
After that, attend one of our new Beginner Classes on Word, Excel, E-mail, or the Internet. These courses are designed for those who only need to learn the general principals and functions of their system. No technical networking information or complicated formulas. We will teach you in basic terms that you will understand and comprehend. October 1st and October 31st.

Top Tips on Basic Practices that Reflect a Leader's Integrity
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Accomplish what you promise, with dignity & on time.

- If, for any reason, you are unable to do a project as expected, make an effort to discuss the situation with all parties & offer honest suggestions.
- If a project is not within your expertise & time constraints, say NO & help the customer get a qualified person for the job.

Computer Tips & Tricks
Windows - Shift+F10 is the equivalent of right-clicking on an item - Very handy when your mouse goes bonkers!
Internet - To automatically delete your Temporary Internet files when you close Internet Explorer, pull down the Tools menu. Choose Internet Options & then click the advanced button. Scroll down. Check the box next to "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" & hit OK.
Word - To print an envelope, pull down the Tools menu & choose Envelopes and Labels. If you had highlighted an address before going here, the address would already be inserted. Cool!
Excel - Save some time! To select multiple cells with the keyboard (instead of the mouse), simply hold down the Shift key & use your cursor key.
