I took the Dreamweaver MX course, which teaches how to create a web page. The first day I left feeling that I could easily produce a quality web page. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the instructor, the course information and the pace of the course. After the second day of class, I was confident that I could produce an exceptional web page design. This also included all the bells and whistles that encourage users to use bookmark the address.
This is the first class I have taken from you company, and after my experience I know it will not be my last. The course was hands on, very interactive and again paced such that all participants quickly became adept with the functionality of the software. It was an enjoyable and very educational experience. I strongly recommend Executive Training Resources and Dreamweaver MX for anyone interested in learning a powerful web design tool.

I would like to take the opportunity to recommend Janet Stiffler for any computer/accounting training that you need. She has helped me with QuickBooks, in understanding the program, and fixing some setup problems that were apparent when I began my job.She is quick and to the point, and has a training method that is easy to understand and I feel confident in which she has taught me.She is prompt and always available whenever a question or problem arises and I can count on her being there for what ever I need.

A few comments regarding a Customized Word Class ETR recently taught:
* This class was so good it should sell itself! I don’t think people realize that ETR will customize a class just for their specific needs. They do, they did for us, and they will for you too! Plus, the class was incredible – I didn’t realize how much of Word that I didn’t know.
* The most appealing thing about this class is that "You may work with Word every day all the time, but you don't have time to get into the details and functions that are there to work for you.” Get out of the office and learn!!!! You have no idea how much new information is out there!
* Executive Training Resources facility was very nice and the instructor, Kathy, as well as the staff did a great job! I never realized how powerful Microsoft Word can be if you just know how to use it!
General comments:
- The course was on a level that I was able to understand, and yet it wasn't to simple. Such as the graphics and printing sections.
- The staff actually cares about me as a student and as a person! I learned so much and had fun at the same time!
- What I liked best about the course was, the way the information was presented . It made me feel like I could go home and do it on my own. I also liked the small class size.
- I liked that the teachers we're able to answer all of my question and all the new and different things that I learnd about XP.
- The best thing about the course was all the material that was covered. The teachers we're very good at going more in-depth when necessary.
