Situational Leadership
This course is designed for those in both formal and informal leadership positions. Learn to recognize a variety of leadership styles and to use these styles to meet specific needs of each follower. Identify individual strengths and weaknesses as leaders and diagnose the competence and commitment of others in a variety of situations. Then, match each style accordingly. Connect with others to decide when to use a style or to alter leadership techniques as each group and task changes.
Length of class: 4 or 8 Hours (8am - 5pm)
